- I am so so thrilled to share that my little animation ‘Yesterday’, has been accepted into the National Open Art Exhibition! This year is the first year that they opened up a ‘moving image’ section of the competition so I decided to enter the animation that I made for the single ‘Yesterday’ by The Glass Child. It is almost a year since I created the video, my first ever moving image. It has since then gained over 5,000 views on youtube and I am immensely proud of it. I am also hugely grateful to Charlotte Eriksson, The Glass Child, who asked me to create something for her and allowed me to be simply inspired by her beautiful music.
This week I received the exciting news that the NOA have accepted the piece as part of the exhibition and it will be in their online Gallery (but Im not sure when yet!). This year is phenomenal, and I can’t wait to see what the next 12 months brings! 🙂
If you haven’t seen the video yet then head over to The Glass Child’s youtube channel here.
